General Manager / Sales - Robert J. Shipley In 1982, Bob approached
his father and brother, both of whom were in the elevator business, about starting a new
elevator company. His current duties include sales, customer service and overall
management of the firm. |
Retired - Michael J.
Shipley
Mike was with the firm since its inception in 1982 until
his retirement on January 29th, 2009. While with the firm, his duties
were supervision of field personnel, adjustment and troubleshooting of problematic
elevators. Mike currently holds an Elevator HHS inspector's license and is
looking forward to becoming more involved with various elevator inspectors
associations. We will miss his significant contributions to our firm. |

Field Coordinator - Sandra
Shipley Sandy has been with RMR since 1987. She has been Field Coordinator since
that time. Her duties include scheduling, material ordering and site coordination. |
| Nancy Matarangolo - Office Manager Nancy Started
with the firm in 1994 - our first non-family office staff. Nancy's duties started as
dispatcher and assistant to Bob but have evolved to include managing the accounts payable
and receivable. |
