Customer Satisfaction: On an annual basis each of our maintenance customers is given an opportunity to rate our service in eleven different areas where we strive for excellence. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the minimum and 10 being the maximum, our customers gave us the following report card in 2007: We are very pleased that the highest marks we received are in the "Emergency Response" and "Non-Emergency Response" categories.
